I don’t have supernatural powers, I don’t possess above-average lung capacity, and I haven’t had mystical experiences showing me the way. The journey that led me to become a certified instructor with YogaLap started from a curiosity to explore the power of breath. What I teach is what I’ve personally experienced over the past 3 years.
