While driving to that office where you’ve decided today is the day to ask for the raise you deserve. Breath sets the rhythm of your life. And by learning to master it, you can write a new symphony.

Reconnect body and mind:

Breathing helps to put them in communication, and when they can talk to each other, that's when you regain energy, clarity, and serenity.

Get used to listening to your inner world:

Within you lies Atlantis. Only by listening to yourself can you explore its (your) hidden treasures. Conscious breathing can guide this exploratory expedition.

Oxygenate the body:

Because when it is oxygenated, all organs can function in harmony. When oxygen is lacking, you feel clouded and tired (just to name a few examples).

Eliminate toxins from the body:

When you breathe deeply, you oxygenate the cells and detoxify them simultaneously. Together with carbon dioxide, you expel toxins produced by metabolism.

Stay fit:

You can eat well, sleep well, and exercise, but if you don't breathe well, you can't say you're fit. Since oxygen is the body's primary physiological need, isn't breathing the main nourishment process?

Do you want to fully enjoy the benefits of breathwork? Great. After you tell me about your needs and goals, we will work together to create a customized 8-session program, with each session being a step forward toward a new way of breathing and living. It will be an incredible journey.

*In this program, I have decided to work with only 4 people at a time. I want to provide the right attention, energy, and care in monitoring progress and giving the utmost value to those who choose to embark on the journey.

Firstly, we'll schedule a free 15-minute video call. We'll chat to understand your current situation and why you would like to practice breathwork.

Clearing doubts (FAQ)

It's a normal feeling. Approaching breathwork always feels a bit strange because it seems strenuous, mystical, and even a bit new age. But it's none of those things. It will be a moment where you slow down and connect with yourself. With each breath, I'll explain what we're doing and why. We'll go at your pace, and you'll only think about breathing (who would've thought you'd need to learn this gesture?).

The duration is 1 hour. We chat a bit before starting (just 5 minutes, I promise). Then, we prepare for the practice by focusing on our breath. Afterward, the actual breathwork begins. Finally, we take 10 minutes to reflect on the sensations the practice has given us.

Nada de nada. A breathwork session quietly fits into your daily routine; you don't need to prepare. Live your day as usual, and when the appointment time arrives, join the video call.

Every breath I offer is tailored to you. Each technique can be performed with varying intensity based on your general and daily physical state. There is no maximum age for practicing. Breathwork is for everyone.
